Important Notes: Cancelling order is difficult because the production commenced on the day of order acceptance, however, we can accept cancellation of order confirmation at free of charge as follows;

• Credit Card: Cancellation is within five (5) days from the order date.
• eWallets: Cancellation of order is valid on the same day, until 11:59pm (GMT+8) only.

Late Cancellation of order confirmation will be subject to a 5% cancellation charge of the items cancelled.
